We are just thrilled to share our last wedding of 2013 with you all! It was snowing that day-perfect for a winter celebration! Right before their first look, PJ spent his time getting ready at a salon in the Financial District with his family and friends before heading to Battery Gardens, where Matt was getting ready with his family and friends. Matt's family traveled all the way from England to celebrate alongside him! We traveled to Battery Gardens with PJ on the subway, which he just loves. The couple had awesome invitation cards which included different subway lines as an indication of which table to sit at! PJ was ready to see Matt outside, so we took them for a sweet moment under the giant tree with snow softly falling everywhere. After getting their portraits taken in the park and the boardwalk, PJ and Matt were ready to head over to the ceremony. They said their vows while everyone looked on smiling. Everyone headed downstairs afterwards for a delicious cocktail hour before heading back up for dinner and dancing. We could tell both Matt & PJ were the happiest being surrounded by everyone and not to mention some pretty great speeches that prove how amazing these two are together! As the snow continued to fall, the couple decided to end their night with some more gorgeous portraits outside the venue. The guests enjoyed music that night by Hank Lane who kept them dancing late into the night! Catering was by Battery Gardens and floral decorations by Jane Packer.
